The downstairs common rooms are the final decorating and remodeling challenge and the last chance for the team to impress the TBS audience before votes are cast to award the Mansion. The project includes the four major rooms on the first floor: living room, dining room, breakfast room and music room. With three days and more than $45,000 to complete this task, the team struggles when the ongoing battle between design and demolition finally erupts into a major war as advocates of each come head to head.
Walberg throws out the final curve ball when he offers to buy out any of the team members who feel like they would rather "take the money and run." He offers a lump sum payout for someone to walk out of the house and abandon the opportunity of winning the Mansion.
TBS viewers will vote to give one of the eight competitors the keys to the newly renovated dream house. Viewers may cast their votes online at www.tbs.com/shows/themansion <http://www.tbs.com/shows/themansion> after Episode seven. The winner will be announced during the finale
