Nine Inch Nails' new album, Hesitation Marks, is now available to stream in its entirety exclusively on the iTunes Store in the United States (iTunes.com/NineInchNails <http://itunes.com/NineInchNails>), providing fans their only means of hearing the album in advance of its release on September 3 on Columbia Records.
Hesitation Marks is currently available as a pre-order on the iTunes Store and will be offered in both a standard and deluxe version. Three bonus tracks - "Find My Way (Oneohtrix Point Never Remix)," "All Time Low (Todd Rundgren remix)" and "While I'm Still Here (Breyer P-Orridge 'Howler' Remix)" - will be a part of the deluxe version. All pre-orders will include an immediate download of the first single, "Came Back Haunted," which is a Top 10 hit at Modern Rock radio.
Entertainment Weekly praised the "newly energized" Nine Inch Nails, placing Hesitation Markson its list of must-hear fall albums. "Everything," the second single from Hesitation Marks, won praise from SPIN for the way it "swerves in and out of fiery punk passages" while The Fader called it "uncharacteristically (and therefore charmingly) upbeat."
Recorded in Los Angeles by Trent Reznor with frequent collaborators Atticus Ross and Alan Moulder, Hesitation Marks is Nine Inch Nails' first album in five years. Guests include Lindsay Buckingham of Fleetwood Mac, Adrian Belew of King Crimson, Eugene Goreshter of Autolux, bass legend Pino Palladino, and NIN regulars Alessandro Cortini, Ilan Rubin and Joshua Eustis.
Nine Inch Nails will play an intimate show for fans at the legendary Troubadour club in Los Angeles on September 3, coinciding with the release of Hesitation Marks. "Tension 2013," the band's North American fall arena tour, will kick off on September 28.
