Not-So Bare Bones

Bones Gets Fashionable

There's plenty of debate online about whether audiences prefer Temperance Brennan's (Emily Deschanel) wardrobe from Season 1 to 3 or from Season 4 on (she began to wear more noticeably expensive clothing, often featuring a tailored jacket, blazer, or most commonly, a long-line lightweight coat (she has several variations and some even come in bright bold colors).

On a fairly recent episode of Bones ("A Night at the Bones Museum"), an evening formal party setting was an excuse to get those pretty stars in some haute couture. Brennan wore a black lace surplice chiffon dress by Adrianna Pappel (which was available at one time at Nordstrom, but is no longer).

Tamara Taylor, who plays department supervisor Cam, was quite the lady in red. Since the average forensic scientist makes $33K annually (hey, she's the boss, so let's double that number), it still seems quite a stretch that she'd be in such a couture dress.

At any rate, if you want to dress like Cam (and those other fans of Herve Leger, who include the Kardashians, Penelope Cruz, Mariah Carey, Jennifer Lopez, Kristen Stewart, Mylie Cyrus, Maria Menounous, Jessica Simpson, Katy Pery Angelina Joelie, Hayden Panitierre, Victoria Beckham) here's the 411.
