BC Ethic, best known for its vintage t-shirt line and co-branding with famous rock bands -- Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones -- signed a licensing deal with former Guns n' Roses lead guitarist Slash (now of Velvet Revolver). A 15-piece collection, the Slash line consists of vintage knit tops and wovens made in proprietary fabrics. “The organic roots of his rock n roll background are carefully executed in each design, allowing each piece to become a collector’s item,” says BC Ethic president Jim Huber. London-born Slash, born Saul Hudson, grew up around fashion. His mother was a clothing designer for entertainers, whose client list included David Bowie.
