M Aesthetics Spa Opening For Charity

Giuliana DePandi (E! News Live) hosted the grand opening of M Aesthetics Spa Friday. The event benefitted The Children’s Burn Foundation. Craig Ferguson (Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson) stopped by after a long day of taping his late night show. Keith Carradine, whose currently in heavy rehearsals to portray George W. Bush at the Mark Taper Forum (opening June 5), showed his support by sending his daughter (Sorel Carradine) to bid on silent auction items in his absence. Other celebrities in attendance: Danica McKellar (West Wing, Wonder Years), Timilee Romolini and Fileena Bahris (jewelry designer of The Mace Windu inspired necklace, exclusively for the Los Angeles Charity premiere of "Star Wars: The Revenge of the Sith.")

Guests dined on sushi from Blowfish, spirits from Tolosa Winery and margaritas by Giovanni (aka: The Margarita King). A large selection of silent auction items were displayed to raise money in support of the outstanding, and necessary, work done at The Children’s Burn Foundation.

To Prevent and To Heal
To prevent the pain and trauma of burn injuries to children, and to heal, and give children who have suffered severe burns the opportunity to reach their full potential, physically, psychologically and socially.

APPROACH: We accomplish our mission by providing innovative fire safety and burn
prevention education programs for children, parents and other caregivers as well as full recovery programs to serve the medical, psychosocial and other special needs of child burn survivors.

HISTORY: Since being restructured in 1995, the Foundation has raised over $9 million to support our mission.

100% of proceeds raised went to the charity.
