Carlos Bernard returns as Tony Almeida in the fifth season of 24. Last year Bernard's character ended the season with Almeida and his on-screen wife, Michelle Dessler being reunited after saving the United States from a nuclear attack. Bernard just finished filming the mini-series 10.5 Apocalyps
