Dinner Turn Into a Celebrity Event?
Arianna Huffington was there, which did not come as a surprise. However a host of celebrities turned out for this weekend's 2011 White House Correspondents' Dinner, showing off designer jewelry and gowns. We had no idea it was such a celebrity wing-ding event! Held at the Washington Hilton Hotel on 30 April 2011, the red carpet was filled with famous faces.
Attending were Rosario Dawson, Michelle Trachtenberg, MIla Kunis, Ian Somerhalder, Chace Crawford, Seth Meyers, Donald Trump (!), Marlon Wayans, Omar Epps, Matthew Morrison, Bristol Palin (!), Bradley Cooper, John Legend, will.i.am., Cee Lo (who we'd never heard of until the TV ads for "The Voice"), Kerry Washington, Shay Mitchell, Nina Dobrev, Brooklyn Decker, Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn, America Ferrera, Oprah's Gayle, Jenny McCarthy, Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer, Tracy Morgan, a Jonas brother, Jane Fonda, Brooke Burke, Ryan Kwante, and Paula Abdul. Dawson, Johansson and Dobrev all wore platinum jewelry. Johansson and Dobrev's platinum was by Chopard. Trachtenberg chose Swarovski. Kunis wore a Versace gown originally seen in a recent runway show. Burke and Abdul wore gowns designed by Romona Keveza; Mitchell, a dress by Jenny Packham.
Were they just photographed together or was Kunis actually Wolf Blitzer's date (they also sat together at the dinner!)?
