Charles & Camilla Wedding To Air


The wedding between Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles takes place Saturday, April 9, 2005 and BBC America offers an exclusive one-hour special to mark the day, with highlights of the Royal Wedding, with footage of the celebrity arrivals and the blessing of the marriage, which Queen Elizabeth II will attend, at Windsor Castle. “The Royal Wedding - Charles and Camilla” airs on Saturday, April 9, 2005 at 6 p.m. ET/ 3 p.m. PT. Immediately following “The Royal Wedding - Charles and Camilla,” BBC America will air an encore presentation of the documentary “Charles and Camilla,” Saturday, April 9, 2005 at 7 p.m. ET/ 4 p.m. PT. It tells the behind-the-scenes story of how, since the Prince of Wales’ 1996 divorce, PR guru Mark Bolland subtly transformed Camilla Parker Bowles from the most-hated woman in Britain to a suitable partner for a future king. The film looks at their enduring relationship and explores what it is about Camilla that has made Prince Charles love her for more than thirty years. “The Royal Wedding - Charles and Camilla” will re-air Saturday, April 9, 2005 at 8 p.m. ET/ 5 p.m. PT.
