2010: Turquoise Trail


A fully-furnished contemporary Pueblo-style home is the 2010 HGTV Dream Home which will be given away early next year. The 14th annual HGTV Dream Home will be located in Sandia Park along the Turquoise Trail between Albuquerque and Santa Fe, New Mexico. Information about location of the home is now available at Dream Home central on HGTV.com.

The custom-designed 3,900 sq. ft. home will mix southwestern architecture with modern design. It includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a home office, gourmet kitchen, home theater and a guest casita. The amazing home site is nestled in the gaze of the majestic San Pedro Mountains with breathtaking scenery and outdoor activities. Nearby, the historic towns of Santa Fe and Albuquerque offer an international art scene, amazing cuisine and a rich, multicultural heritage.

"This is our first Southwestern location for the HGTV Dream Home and we intend to show the features that make this location so amazing," said HGTV Dream Home Planner Jack Thomasson.
