Who’s Wearing What: At the “Collateral” premiere in Los Angeles (held at the Magic Johnson theater) Tamara Tunie wore an Antonio Gual floral tangerine-colored chiffon frock. Foxy Brown (if you can get past the cleavage in that skin-tight black leather vest) opted for colorfully aqua Christian Louboutin pumps with her Plein Sud outfit. Meanwhile, Jada Pinkett Smith donned Fred Leighton jewelry with her Giorgio Armani gown. She also wore a pair of strappy silver Giuseppe Zanotti sandals. Mo'Nique wore a strapless 50s-inspired dress, white cotton with colorful floral accents by Maria Rinaldi.

Sofia Milos of CSI: Miami chose diamond Chopard jewelry for the red carpet premiere of Princess Diaries 2. Milos showed off her golden tan in a champagne satin halter dress with a crystal chain strap by Sunny Choi.

Fashionistas: Karen Robinovitz and Melissa De La Cruz the New York authors who co wrote the book "How to Become Famous in Two Weeks or Less" are launching theirsecond book "Fashionista Files: Adventures in Four Inch Heels and Faux Pas."

The book is coming out in September, right in time for fashion week, as well as a glamorous release party at Suba on September 14th which is being hosted by Robert Verdi and Metro Channel. Top editors, fashionistas and socialites will be attending this soiree.

There is also a major event being hosted at Henri Bendel's for their fall fashion kick off, which they have every year during fashion week to celebrate fall. The theme of the two-week event is based on the "Fashionista Files", which will be on display throughout the store. And there will be two events for their book as well in the store - September 9, 2004 to kick off a silent auction and September 14, 2004, to close. The proceeds will benefit Safe Horizon, which helps abused women. Confirmed book signings will also be taking place in NYC, LA, Miami, Boston and Dallas.

Bill Maher Update: REAL TIME WITH BILL MAHER continues its second season with a new edition FRIDAY, August 56, 2004 at 11 p.m. on HBO. Allowing Maher to offer his unique perspective on contemporary issues, the show includes an opening monologue, a one-on-one interview and roundtable discussions, followed by Maher's weekly editorial. Slated for 23 editions this season, REAL TIME WITH BILL MAHER went on hiatus in March after 10 editions. The series returned for the remaining 13 shows in July, in time for the Democratic and Republican conventions, with coverage of the presidential campaign to continue through the election in early November. Among the guests slated for upcoming shows are George Carlin, Michael Eric Dyson, Michelle Malkin, Graham Norton, Andrew Sullivan, Cornel West and James Woolsey. Other guests will be announced as they are confirmed.

BeansTalk Observation: Nicole Richie, young as she is, is looking quite “refreshed.” So much so, she (like Naomi Watts and HER best friend Nicole Kidman) seems to be morphing into Paris Hilton. Check her out at the latest events and tell us if we’re wrong.
