Bent on Learning celebrated its 2nd annual benefit with cocktails, dinner and special performances by The Ghost of the Saber Toothed Tiger (Sean Lennon, Charlotte Kemp Muhl), Domino, Mia Moretti and Caitlin Moe to raise funds and awareness for the program.


Guests included Madonna, Lourdes Maria Ciccone Leon , Gwyneth Paltrow, Heather Graham, Donna Karan, Russell Simmons, Byrdie Bell, Hilary Rhoda, Sean Lennon, Kelly Bensimon, Krysten Ritter, Russell James, Charlotte Kemp Muhl, Fisher Stevens, The Beastie Boys’ Mike Diamond, Tracy Anderson, Mick Rock, Ric Pipino, Melissa George, Julian Schnabel, Vito Schnabel, Eddie Stern, Stacey Bendet Eisner and Eric Eisner.

Bent on Learning is the non-profit organization that works to improve the physical fitness and the cognitive, social and emotional skills of New York City public school children by providing regular instruction in yoga and meditation. For the past nine years, Bent on Learning has reached over 8000 students, whose schools have eliminated physical education programs and lack access to a gym or gym equipment.

Bent on Learning continues their mission to keep kids happy, healthy and active by bringing yoga to classrooms in Brooklyn, Manhattan and the Bronx.
