| Stuart Wetizman's Saratoga Boot |
Every now and then we like to proudly post our latest bargain finds. We've often featured the well-made shoes, sandals and boots of Stuart Weitzman and today, we'll boast that we got a pair of brand new Weitzman "Saratoga" boots -- suede with rivet accents, above the knee with a patent wedge heel and Made in Spain -- at the Nordstrom Rack in Oxnard, Calif. for a shocking $49.99. The boots originally retailed for $675.00 (and are still at that price at the online retailer Lady Pump), but can be found online at 6 p.m. for only $202.95 (but only in size 11.5). We did notice that in other sizes the boot was reduced to "only" $299.99, but were quite pleased to get them in our size for such a great price. They're a nice complement to our previously mentioned Cole Haan Air Whitley boots, which are almost as tall, but have a flatter riding heel, rather than the "fashion"-y wedge of the Saratoga.
Per Stuart Weitzman: Edgy rounded studs at the top of the shaft shine against the rich suede styling a chic over-the-knee boot balanced atop a glossy wedge heel.
