On Tour Now as Special Guests Of The Wombats

(September 17th, 2012) – UK artists, Morning Parade, are proud to announce live dates as special guests of Smashing Pumpkins this October/November.  This news comes hot on the heels of their network TV debut on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno which kicked off of an extensive tour with The Wombats.

Having just played to 60,000 people in London's Hyde Park for the Coca Cola Olympic Torch Relay, the band’s SE1 Live Session is now available exclusively at the iTunes store.  Recorded last year in South East London, the E.P. features live versions of 5 tracks taken from their debut self-titled release out now on Astralwerks.  Check out this live video from the sessions for the song “Us & Ourselves.”

Earlier this year, the band released their self-titled debut album and “Headlights,” the first single, is now in the top 20 at Alternative Radio.

Morning Parade has been consistently blowing away audiences this year with their spectacular live shows including dates as special guests of The Kooks in March, a six performance run at SXSW, and a tour with Walk the Moon this past June.  The band also recently premiered their video on RollingStone.com.  2011 saw the band selling out UK and European headline tours, playing to packed out tents at V Festival, touring with the likes of 30 Seconds to Mars, The Wombats and The Kooks, supporting Biffy Clyro at Ibiza Rocks and sharing a stage with Coldplay at Rock am Ring.
