Cuties in Couture : Carla Gugino (who doesn’t work enough, we think she’s great), looked pretty, spring-y and Daisy from “Great Gatsby” at the “Saved” premiere in Westwood, Calif. Thursday night.

Lindsay Lohan and Mandy Moore were wearing BeansTalk’s predicted hot summer fabric, ivory satin silk. But Lohan opted for a more casual look, with a pretty tank over a pair of Capri jeans. Meanwhile, Moore went all out in a slinky backless number (cut way down to there, in which she posed provocatively.

Former child actresses, the talented Jena Malone and Thora Birch – now all grown up – were also at the “Saved!” premiere, looking casual and cute. Birch had on ‘80s-inspired acid-wash jeans (which, if they’re making a comeback, we’re not so happy about).

Perhaps everyone is finally tired of the over-worn “Jesus is My Homeboy” Teenage Millionaire shirts (we can only hope). Brie Larson was at that premiere in a “Jesus Christ Fan Club” (replete with earnestly drawn photo of J.C.). Well, forget J.C., Jill Jones was wearing a boldly drawn “T” with the Boss’ face at the center at Conde Nast Traveler Hot Nights at the Spider club. Guess she agrees with the cries that Springsteen is a rock God.

Ashley Jones and Constance Marie were out at events wearing boldly colored sheer print poncho tops – a little Pucci-inspired, we’d say. (Mindy Burbano wore a strapless full-dress version over a pair of jeans – might have worked better without the denim.)

As we’ve mentioned before, Brooke Shields loves showing off that little roundy red-haired baby of hers, who she proudly posed with when she Read Excerpts from "Tales From the Bed", a Memoir by Valerie Estess and Jenifer Estess at the Bloomingdale's Book Launch with Edie Falco, at the Bloomies in Soho. Speaking of Rowan Frances, she turns one today, May 15th.

Pretty at Cannes at the Troy premiere? Star wife Jennifer Aniston in an ivory beaded silk halter dress, and film star Orlando Bloom, who is just pretty, period.

House-Calling at Cannes : Ah, the life of celebs. Not only do they get to party at the world’s most glamorous hot spot at the hottest film festival (that would be Le Festival de Cannes), but now they also have the services of Prive owner Laurent Dufourg and a team of his artists. They’re official stylists of the WireImage Portrait Studio, located in the heart of Cannes at 2 La Croisette, overlooking the red carpet at the Palais.

Filmmakers and participating talent visit the studio during scheduled appointments to have exclusive photos taken with WireImage.

Laurent D. and his team will offer styling services to talent attending the festival in a beautifully recreated satellite Privé Salon from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. throughout the duration of the festival from May 12 to May 23, 2004. But here’s the fun part: Laurent and his team will also be available throughout the festival for private house calls. Prive Salons are in New York, Los Angeles, South Korea. By the way, their products smell AMAZING.
