That’s Impossible: Eternal Life

Eternal life may now be possible. Some believe the first children who will live to the age of 1,000 have already been born. To find out how close humanity is to defeating death, That’s Impossible investigates plans to grow replacement body parts in labs, microscopic robots that could wipe out deadly diseases, and the possibility that aging itself can be reversed by taking a page out of one of history’s darkest legends.

Invisibility...time travel...teleportation...mind control...200 year life spans: As strange as it seems, history's most impossible inventions and craziest theories might soon be possible or provable. What used to be science fiction will become history-making fact. The new History Channel series That’s Impossible evaluates the evidence behind mysterious stories from history - Buddhist monks allegedly disappearing, or the United States Navy attempting to teleport a ship - and uncovers the cutting edge technologies and theories that are making the impossible possible. Will science fiction soon become history-making fact? Find out in That’s Impossible. Premieres Tuesday, July 28 at 10pm/2am ET/PT on History.
