UK fashion designer Roland Mouret dressed Cate Blanchett for “A Family Affair at the Hotel Bel Air” in Los Angeles. She wore a black jersey, slim fitting dress from Mouret’s Autumn/Winter 2005 collection.


Mouret also dressed actress Selma Blair for the 20th Annual IFP Independent Spirit Awards in Santa Monica. Blair wore a nude wool Roland Mouret dress from Mouret’s Pre-Winter 2005 collection.

styled Mary Steenburgen, host of the 7th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards, along with her husband and fellow actor Ted Danson. The Awards were held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, and honor costume designers for their work in both television and motion pictures. Steenburgen selected a bracelet, ring and earrings from H.Stern’s “Sunrise in Pastel” Collection: assorted Brazilian stones set in 18k noble gold; ring $2,300, bracelet $2,900 and earrings $3,000. She also added a brooch from the “Sofia” Collection: diamonds set in 18k noble gold, $14,500.
