Two New FitTV Shows
FitTV now premieres brand-new episodes of ALL STAR WORKOUTS every Saturday at 8 PM (ET/PT). In addition, ART OF THE ATHLETE, a series that profiles several of the world�s top athletes, airs Thursdays at 8 PM (ET/PT).
Every Saturday, step inside the studio with some of the most innovative instructors in the fitness industry in ALL STAR WORKOUTS. These expert trainers inspire viewers to get moving with a variety of new and exciting exercises, including yoga with weights, ballet strength and Bhangra dance. Find out how a BOSU ball can increase metabolism and endurance while tightening and toning the entire body. Also, learn how much fun tummy tightening can be with an exhilarating belly dance lesson.
On Thursdays, be sure to catch ART OF THE ATHLETE, a new series that provides in-depth portraits of today's top athletes. Each episode takes viewers behind the scenes and profiles current and former world-class athletes including NFL Hall-of-Famer Steve Young, Olympic Gold medalist Kristi Yamaguchi, NASCAR superstar Kyle Petty and tennis legend Martina Navratilova who have inspired many and have committed themselves to perfecting their sport.
