That Girl
Probably the most seminal show in our tiny childhood. Ah, that perky Ann Marie! We aspired soooo much to look like her. We had the hairdo, our mother made dresses, one that was very similar to the one in this photo. She was our first girl-crush. A most definite role model. We don't even relate to her being the woman who was on The View last week talking about her St. Jude charity (although we love that she does that). We don't think about her with Phil Donahue. Just Donald Hollinger. Right now, TV Land is showing it at 2:30 a.m. and we've been dvr'ing it. It's fun to watch again.
