Millionaire Matchmaker, Patti Stanger, signing her new book at Fred Segal Fun in Santa Monica.
Stanger is the owner of a Los Angeles-based matchmaking service in which she helps wealthy men find the women of their dreams. This season she adds female and gay millionaire clients to the mix.
A third-generation matchmaker, Stanger founded her company Millionaire's Club in January 2000. Previously, Stanger was the Director of Marketing for Great Expectations, the largest and oldest dating service in the United States. Her bluntness included the first-season oft-quoted – "redheads are not the freshest produce in the aisle."
Her Simon & Schuster book, Become Your Own Matchmaker: 8 Easy Steps for Attracting Your Perfect Mate is available now.
Stanger’s Bravo series Millionaire Matchmaker airs Thursdays at 10 p.m.
