This amazingly moist chocolate cake filled with whipped cream coconut and topped with same. Northern California: The Coconut at Cako in San Francisco, which is also chocolate cake with coconut frosting. There's no filling in Cako's, but it is still extremely tasty. Runner up is The Carmel, chocolate cake with caramel frosting topped with a dash of sea salt. Yum. $3.
