Kate Walsh arrives at the InStyle/Warner Bros. Studios Golden Globe after-party in Beverly Hills,Calif. on Monday, Jan. 16, 2006. Walsh, who stars as Dr. Addison Shepherd on "Grey's Anatomy" wore New York designer Cynthia Rose's couture creation of silk mousseline with vintage crystal trim to the Golden Globe Awards. The designer has also created an exclusive pair of earrings made of vintage turquoise, orange sapphire and diamond to accent the gown. Katherine Heigl, also of Golden Globe nominee for Grey's Anatomy also wore a couture gown by Cynthia Rose.
