Hyacinth by Fidelity
A wide knee 16” provides ease in the leg, boosting comfort while giving a bold, confident silhouette with a 20” sweep at the hem. The contoured waistband is key, allowing for a pant that conforms to the body as would a tailor-made trouser. Sits slightly above hips.

BeansTalk’s word to the wise: Some Do’s and Don’ts on wearing trouser pants.
Create balance. We have been seeing a lot of mod-inspired smocks and baby-doll tops that are quite full and billowy for spring. (Check out a.b.s. by Allen Schwartz) Save these tops for the skinny jeans. You can not pair up a wide top and wide trouser-legged jeans. You will look like a house. Do wear a tight message tee (http://www.localcelebrity.com/) or a more fitted blouse or jacket.

For God’s sake, choose the right shoe. BeansTalk strongly suggests wearing at least a 3 inch PLATFORM wedge or pump for this look. Peep-toes – okay. The sculpted heel trend is fine too.

Keep these trousers hemmed long. They should skim the floor even with your heels. They can break a little at the instep of your foot. Keep this length in mind before alterations, so wash your denims before you take them. Make sure your tailor preserves the 11/2 inch to 2 inch hem detail. This is a key design element.
