Spotted: Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds took a date for a cozy lunch at Mr. Cecil’s California Ribs in Sherman Oaks, Calif. The couple shared buffalo wings and a chicken Caesar salad. We hear they also left an “amazing” tip.
