Seinfeld to Guest on Spike Feresten
In the photo shown here, Jerry Seinfeld appears on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart (a BeansTalk never-miss, btw); he’s wearing the iconic “puffy shirt,” and spoofing, of course, that classic episode of “Seinfeld.”
Emmy Award- and Golden Globe Award-winning comedian, actor and writer Seinfeld stays up late for a rare in-studio guest appearance alongside his former “Seinfeld” writer Spike Feresten on Talkshow With Spike Feresten
Asked about Feresten’s new job as a talk show host, Seinfeld endorsed the move, saying: “He’s a really funny guy and he actually has a great thing with the audience.”
As a writer on one of television’s most celebrated comedies, Feresten penned some of “Seinfeld’s” most famous episodes (“The Soup Nazi,” “The Wig Master”), and now he welcomes his old boss, Jerry Seinfeld, to his new talk show. Seinfeld, co-creator, executive producer and star of the long-running hit sitcom, makes a rare talk show appearance to deliver an opening standup bit titled “What’s Nuts Now?” and sit down with his former colleague for an interview.
