Affable Afflecks

The Affleck family -- Ben, Jenn and baby Violet -- might be mistaken for any "normal" Brentwood family. But they're movie stars. We have some issues with Ben's choice of wardrobe -- the elastic-ankled wrinkled cotton khakis and the baby blue Nike track suit jacket (not to mention the military-issue hair 'do), but Jenn looks darling.

She actually looks like like a regular person, not a celeb trying to dress down to the point of ridiculous (sure to catch the papparrazi's lens), or overly dressed up like she was on a soap opera or like she knows she's going to be photographed for this week's Star Magazine. She's got a normal top and almost regular-folk jeans on. You on the east coast might think this is a photo from the summer, but it's been ridiculously hot here and it's a recent snap. We in El Lay are wondering when it will be winter. It may be finally, finally cooling off enough to wear sleeves.

BTW, Garner is wearing 7 for all Mankind "A" pocket jeans.
