Looking considerably more scruffy than in the above photo, actor Jason Ritter, late of "Joan of Arcadia" (wearing a royal blue hoodie, jeans and tons of stubble) -- and his constant companion (and live-in girlfriend), Scottish aspiring actress Marianna Palka --were at the massively crowded Santa Monica Promenade on Saturday (16 July 2005) evening, trying to scope out a place to eat. They blended in with the eclectic crowd (made up of tourists, shopper and the homeless).
