Fekkai is bringing a little bit of New York’s downtown vibe to the rustic Melrose Place. The 1400 sq. ft. space will be more of an intimate setting with only 10 stations and a small terrace that overlooks the street. Celebrity stylist Adir Abergel (famous for Sienna Miller’s dos, Rosario Dawson and among others) will be working select days at the salon while Creative Director, Maurice Dadoun will also be servicing clients at both salons. Not only is Frederic celebrating the new salon, but he will also be toasting his 10 years of service at the Beverly Hills salon which is also a fave among celebrities and Angelenos. He has worked with everyone from Kirk Douglas, Yoko Ono to Hollywood IT girls, Mischa Barton, Anne Hathaway and many more. He is planning on expanding his empire on the West Coast by opening salons in Malibu and Santa Monica. Within the past year, Frederic Fekkai has opened up 2 new salons in NY and plans on opening up other salons in Greenwich, Dallas and Miami within the year.
