But lately, we have found ourselves furrowing our brows and wondering (occasionally, and unintentionally, outloud) did they look in a mirror when they got dressed, or more importantly, when they first tried their outfit on – at the store?

We are just as guilty as the next person in thinking that well, we used to wear this in a size…only to discover we were oh, so underestimating our true size. But our particular saving grace is that we nearly always choose comfort over fashion. To illustrate this, it’s simplest to say that most of our dresses could double as nightgowns. For this reason, we’re able to (hopefully) skirt what seems to be a scarily growing trend – buying clothing two sizes too small (paraphrasing from the Grinch narrator).
