Howard Himelstein's "My Sexiest Year"

BeansTalk has learned that the world premiere of the coming-of-age dramedy "My Sexiest Year" was held at the Hamptons Intl Film Festival on Thursday Oct 18th at 6pm. ThinkFilms has picked it up for distribution and the movie will be in theaters in 2008. The film is the story of a young man's never-to-be-forgotten romantic encounter with an international supermodel. The film stars the notable cast of Harvey Keitel, Frankie Muniz, Amber Valleta, Karolina Kurkova, Roger Wilson, Ryan Cabrera, Haylie Duff, Dan Levy, Nick Zano, Rachel Specter, Christopher McDonald, Daphna Kastner, Victor Alfieri and Frances Fisher.

The film was written and directed by the very talented Howard Himelstein. Himelstein received critical acclaim for his screenplay adapted from the play by Oscar Wilde of “A Good Woman,” which starred Helen Hunt Scarlett Johansson, and Tom Wilkinson.

Sunday night, BeansTalk was out and about Century City Mall with associate Dana Goldstein, who had two (tall-in-stature) celebrity sightings: Matthew Modine (who she said is very blonde) and the look-at-me star of Gene Simmons Family Jewels.

This Is Why We Love Ross

Despite the dirty shopping carts, despite the shopping at checkout (with a massive line behind), despite the almost pathologically lazy salespeople (and this across the board at virtually every Ross we frequent in Southern California), we love Ross Dress For Less.
