Tori Spelling's rep: "Tori Spelling and [husband] Charlie Shanian have separated after one year of marriage," she said. "The couple have been living apart since the beginning of August."

The couple met during the Los Angeles production of Shanian's play, Maybe, Baby It's You, and announced their engagement in November, 2003. They married in July 2004 at the home of Spelling’s father, TV producer Aaron Spelling.
